We are experts in the use of MS Excel and Crystal Reports. We will use either or both of these tools to help you to achieve your goals.
If you are not happy with the results that our work brings you then you do not need to pay us.
We will agree beforehand how "happiness" is to be defined and measured and what percentage of the improvement we generate for you will be paid to us as compensation for our efforts, but, basically, if you are not happy then you do not pay.
More traditional methods of paying (that is project- and day-rates) are also available should you wish to pay us that way.
Confident I.T. Solutions Ltd is made up of a number of MS Excel and Crystal Reports developers headed by our chief technical business analyst, Mr Hywel Clark.
Mr Clark has a degree in both Accounting and in I.T. He also has over 20 years experience of the I.T. industry, specialising in the accounting and finance related areas of business. Why is this important? Traditionally, accountants and I.T. professionals have had a reputation for not understanding each other very well. Equally, it can be difficult for a non-technical person to converse with either an accountant or an I.T. professional. This is where a multi-disciplined technical business analyst shows his true worth.
